Question 5.8 swap

Hi, I have a 95 V6 Auto. The car has 50K miles on it, and I also have a 94 F250 XLT Manual. The F250 is gettin pretty beat up (tipped over once, drove over a boulder, and much more abuse), but the engine seems to be in good shape still, it has 140K miles on it. I want to swap the engine from it, into my Mustang whenever the truck goes to hell, or if I just decide its time.

Aside of a bell houseing, and springs. What else would really be required to put the engine in my car? Would I have to knock back the firewall? Isnt this the same engine as the 95 cobra?

Thanks for any help, when I bought the V6 it was all I could afford to get a loan for, but after reading about the small ammount of preformance I can get from modding it heavly. I feel my money would be better spent on putting in a big V8.
