Exclamation Head to head

Ok, this is a time old question. But im asking arounf to those of you that have either AFR 205's or Roush 200's.

Without weight or material being a deciding factor, Which head flows best. AFR 205's or roush 205's. Figure the AFR's with the 90cc exhaust work for NOS or the Roush 200's with an all out stage 3 race port job.( AFR says their heads come out of the box as equivalent of a stage 3 )

My combo is a 347 at 11 to 1 and currently have stage 3 world jrs. and a HR 292 comp cam. 589 lift in 613 lift ex. 244 dur in 255 dur ex. And will be going to a XR 292 or larger. which has about 20 deg lift and 10 deg dur. more and 110 instead 112 C.L
