Default TPS Adjustment and Check

Alright exactly how do you check the TPS voltage and then adjust it if needed?? I know the idle voltage should be between 0.9 -0.99VDC

I do have a voltmeter and know how to properly use it. So fire away with how its to be done and which wires to test between.

Thanks for the help.
