I have the same issue with my car, and it is the computer. Ford changed alot of things between the 93 and 94-95 models. A custom chip is the way to go. or you could break down and get an EEC tuner and do it yourself. That is the route I am taking. It should be delived by Friday. I'll let you know the results.
