Question Noise coming from steering shaft???

Lately i have been noticing a single "click" coming from the what i think to be the steering shaft. It sounds like its in the center, rather than on either side, and it only happens when going slow speeds and make quick turns. Like pulling in or out of a parking space, etc... any ideas???

The noise may be coming from your rack. It isn't unheard of for these to wear.
