Default back off boost

Okay, the blower I just bought has 14, 17, 19 lbs pulleys. Until I am a forced induction master, i'd like to run about 10 lbs maybe even 9lbs for street driving. How do I accomplish this? Do I have to contact ATI and get a new pulley or is there another way?

thats pretty much the best way unless you wanna run a smaller crank pulley w/ a longer belt
either way should work
