Damn dude can I drive it
With no suspension mods probably a high 11 get some suspension goodies and you could go real low 11's @120+.....................On slicks that is

i have already received the short block.
i was originally going to go with the canfield stage 2 heads, but my funds ran short of that, so the windsors seemed to be a pretty good replacment. and i paid 1100 for them and im still waiting for them, thats whats holding me up. ive been waiting for them since 11/15/01. if it wasnt for them i would already be done all the work. |

Why didn't you go for TFS or AFR heads?

if your talking about the trick flow track heat heads, the reason i didnt get them was b/c they are made for flat top or domed pistons, and i bought the low comp version from dss that has dished pistons.
from what i found the afr heads were just as expensive as canfield. |

Well I hope your running an FMU with that setup, because 30lbers arent going to be enough.
Also your going to need a good cooling system. Iron heads + Blower, make sure you tune it well or it will detonate. What fuel pump are you going to run? Skyler

my fault i forgot to say that the heads are aluminum.
as for the cooling system my stock one is pretty much shot, so im going to find a good aluminum on to keep up with the heads. also i am running an FMU. |

without any traction devices, you will have a 11 second car running high 12's

Without suspension and tires, along with a built AOD you will be spinning into lower 12's I think.
Add the right parts and you've got a 10 second car.
