If your transbrake uses 12V power to activate it, then take a 12V switched supply and run it to the supply side of your transbrake switch. Then from the contact side of the switch run a lead to both the TB and the 2-step power leads. This way, when you've closed the switch, power is supplied to both the TB and TS units, braking the trans and activating your launch rpm. If you happen to have a Lentech valvebody, the TB is actually activated off the ground circuit (interrupt), not 12V supply so you have to wire a relay into the circuit to get the TB and TS working together. They supply a wiring diagram laying this out for you.

I'd place the linelok on a momentary switch on your shifter (ball or T handle). Supply 12V power to one side of the momentary and then the other lead simply goes to the power side of the selenoid. If you've got a 3-step and want to set a burnout rpm limit, then run a second lead off the switch to activate the burnout rpm limit. I once had my linelok wired to the left horn button when I had a 5-spd in my car. This worked pretty well for launching off the linelok since the button was very close to my normal hand position on the wheel.
