It won't kill your engine. My engine has 120,000 miles on it and it can hang with my 6# powerdyne. The power gain is pretty substantial by the seat of your pants feel. I don't have any dyno time, but I did run my car without the blower 15.77 at 87mph. Within the next month I'm going to make a run with the blower. I'm projecting a 14.70 -14.80 at around 96-97mph. If that seems slow it's because the track is crappy and it's 3000ft altitude. If you haven't already bought the powerdyne, buy a Vortech instead. It's alot more reliable for the same price. The internal belts have a tendency break after a while, although it is easy to change. But if you want stealth, nothing beats a powerdyne because you can barely hear it.
