86 and up V-8 Mustangs have 8.8 inch rear-ends.
How much hp are you making? You may not need 31 spline axles, but they won't hurt 1.77RR's are are roller rockers that will increase the lift of a cam(stock it 1.6) Stangs came with with 5-speeds came with 2.73's stock with optional 3.08's. Auto's had 3.08's stock, with optional 3.27's
