Default Disc brake rear end

Hey guys, will a disc brake rear end work in a 93 mustang, If it won`t tell me what I`ll have to do to get it to work. Or if I`m just wasting my time, and should buy one or upgrade my own rearend. Thanks alot for the input in advance, You guys are great!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again Robert:::
