headlights flickering
I have a '92 GT and the headlights started flickering both at the same time while moving and stopped.I had an amp installed a week ago ,but this just started last night. Is this a common problem or is there a gremlin at work here?

check all your grounds and make sure the amp isn't draining to much power. If it is you might have to get a capacitor for the amp.

I went through the same problem.... it f.kin sucks. Spents hours checking relays and such.
All it was, was one of the wires that connect to headlight switch. To get to it..... Use a hook take your headlight knob off. Then room the paneling and you'll see it right there on the left. Take the two bolts out with a 8 or 9 mm, snip the wire, replace, and your set. |
