Figure out the size of the bolt head on the tensioner at the center of the pulley. Put the correct size socket on the breaker bar and then try to loosen the bolt. The tensioner will just move upward and loosen the belt. It's spring loaded. Put the new belt back on the same way the old one came off and repeat the process with the tensioner. That's all there is to it.
