My car is a 91 GT Vert with an AOD. I stopped at a lite while on the road, and when it was time to go, my car wouldnt move, it was in drive, but it was acting like it was in Nuetral. It didnt start to move until the rpm's hit like 3000-4000rpms. When I put the car in drive, I don't feel it shift unless I hit the gas until it reaches 3000-4000rpms. But Reverse, park, nuetral are all fine. Its only when the car is either in OD, D, or 1st gear. I think its either the stall or torque converter. I don't have an aftermarket one on there, but it sure is acting like I do.
