![]() The map/bap sensor is the same thing basically. Its on the firewall, near the middle.
On the speed density car, it will have a vacuum line going to the intake manifold(it reads manifold absolute pressure) and on the MAF car, it will not have a vaccum line and it will read (barometric air pressure). Its basically used as a back up sensor in the MAF car. So on the maf car, leave the vacuum port open to atmoshere on the sensor, and plug the port on the intake where it was going. on the SD car, hook up the vacuum line. Im just recalling this from memory, and havent looked it up, so I might be missing something, but that should get you going in the right direction. |
