Proposed Engine Combo (What do you think)
K I am looking to have a steetable car with some very high top end power. Low end is not really much of a concern to me but i dont want something pathetically low.
Victor Intake (3500-7500 RPM range i believe) Victor Jr. Heads with 70 cc More the likely htey will be ported and the dimensions slightly changed) (3000-7000 RPM ) 1.7 Roller Rocker Arms I saw some grind in summti with a band of 3200 to 6800 or so i beleive which sounded pretty decent btu dont remember any duration numbers or lift. Need lots of advcie on this as i need neough vacuum to operate accesories.(Is there a way to run breaks not off vacuumsuch as elcetric brakes ro somehting that will let me have a larger cam) (I NEED HELP WITH A CAM BADLY)NEED SUGGESTIONS and Ill have probally 2 inch full length headers aorund 8.5:1 or to 9:1 compression wiht the heads (I plan to supercharge later thus the low compression ratio) I may also make it a 347(is this a good idea)? I want to peak around 7,000 RPM give or take 100 or so. Is this gonna be possible? I dont knwo nothign about vacuum and so forht for brakes and othr things so that wear i eally need some help. What do you guys think of this combo thorw other stuff at me if oyu want it woudl be helpful. I plan to have some really mild gears like 3.08's or 3.27's as i dont wanna be at huge RPMS on the highway. 5 spd is my tranny hopefully one day ill be able to get ahold of a 6 spd then that ratio will be great so alot of purposes. What do yuthin thenumbers wihtout super cahrging this combo woul be? With supercahrging how many ibs boost do you htin i can run wiht a intercooler? or shoudl ig o wiht a turbo set -up? lol lots of questiosn thanks guys

combo
The new mustang and fast fords have some killer combonations they dynoed, they give every part they used a dyno chart on each combo. I like the 347 or 331, check it out it will give you some good ideas.they have some 500- 600 horse 347 combos if you want to go that radical.

im kinda aiming for somethign aover 600 HP which sounds failry reasonable once it gets supercharged.
I figure aorund 450 HP before supercharging ANd im gonna play wiht eh compression ratio to get max boost. but thats only like a 33% boost add on which doesnt really seem to hefty to hit 600.... Am I crazy?

These motors were all naturally aspirated , check it out they go from mild 302 all the way to wild 408 strokers in 25 horsepower increments. from 300- 700 horsepower.
