Cool T56 question(s)

Anyone running a T56 in their Fox? What all did you have to get with the tranny? Which T56 are you using? Bellhousing, etc.

I am getting my T56 from HPmotorsport for $2000. It has the correct bellhousing with it. I havent gotten it yet since it is back ordered until the end of June.

Cool

What are the details on that tranny? I went to their website but couldn't find anything about it. What all does it come with? I've found ones that need crossmember and a bunch of other crap that has to be bought separately which really adds up quick.

I dont remember all the specs. Go to www.drivetrain.com and search for T56. They have alot of info on the installation and some of the specs. The one thing I dont know is what the overdrive ratio is (drivetrain.com shows a couple.) Call up HP and talk to them if you need more.

Cool

Cool article, that swap is tremendously more easy than some of the early camaro swaps I have read about. The custom bellhousing and clutch setup is very key to making that work. Does anyone have $3500 to donate to me??
