I've got them. I've been running them for about a year or so. Mine are ported to a fpp-1250 intake gasket (which isn't much of a port job, but it's still nice). I've had only one related problem and that may have not been from the heads alone. When I installed them, I also installed new parts on the entire top end of the motor. I had cooling issues at first, but after a high volume water pump, and a 180 thermostat, I run at a constant 190 all the time. And that's in the 100+ temps of Yuma AZ. I don't blame the cooling issues solely on the heads because I bought them used from a friend with a carburated car and he had no cooling issues at all with his setup.
My friend ran these heads on a 306 with the RPM intake (port matched to the heads) and a holley 650 DP. This along with 4.10 gears made his 85 run strong!! I'm running them on a 306 with speedpro powerforged pistons and a 2030 cam. Mine is an EFI setup however so the rest is somewhat different than yours. But in short, I love the heads, and I plan on buying the same ones again on my next project.
