Question Cobra Intake vacuum tree

I got a littke problem that i figure someone can solve pretty quick i hope. Need info on what if suppost to go on the vacuum tree coming out of acobra intake. I know one is for the fuel pressure regulator but whats the other one for? I don't have any smog eqipment left on my car which i beleive is what most of the black and white vacuum hoses contol. Correct? If i cap off the port that is opened on my vacuum tree the car surges when first started. What should i do? Or better yet what do i have hooked up wrong?

Cool

The big one on the corner I put to the vacuum tree. The other big one goes to the PCV valve. One to the reg. One to the EGR or cap them off.

Maybe my first post wasn't clear. I have one port opened on the vacuum tree which comes off the upper part of the intake, i have one black vacuum hose thats not plugged in to anything. If i plug the black line into the back of the intake the car surges for a minute then clears up, if i leave the vacuum hose off, i have a vacuum leal commin out of the back of the intake. Hope this clears things up.. Thanks

It's the long black hose which joins the 3 others. Its kind of got a 45degree angle and pushes on straight. Thanks for the help!
