Default Running better, still needs some help though.

Ok, so I've been looking for a new computer for mym car for some time because i get a keep alive memory code from it. Since no one around here has one i've given up for a while. I'll wait til christmas and see if they have one in stock then. In the meantime I put my stock throttle body back on instead of the 76mm on from C&L. The car runs like it should again. (For those not knowing what I'm talking about, with the C&L the car had the most power at 3/4 throttle and then "found" another 20-30 when you went to shift. It also idled really high. 1100-1400 rpm) So after i put the stock mass air on, it idles at just under 1000 and has all the power back. But when crusing and you let off the gas the idle stays at 1400-1500 rpm for a couple seconds and then drops to 1000. Vaccuum and fuel pressure check out, idle is adjusted as directions from tech50.com, tps is at .96 volts at idle. So my questions are

1: Why would the car idle so erracticly?

2: How do i check the sample tube on the C&L to make sure its set up for 19lb injectors?

(I switched the black electronic box that has the two wire coils on it that came w/ the C&L with the stock one and it made no difference)
