Question McLeod Bellhousing q's

I've got it bolted up with the T5 but there is a bolt hole that's open between the trans and the inspection cover/clutch fork, is this a bolt hole for the 3550? Is it ok to just thread a bolt in there to plug it? Or did I miss something in the installation?
