Also, at one time the Mcleod was SFI approved. Shorty after Mcleods owner left the 'board of approvers' (for lack of the proper term) they combined some of the classes which left the minimum rpm rating at 10,000. The Mcleod was rated at 8000.

The approval process is very goofy for them anyway. I will do some searching and try to find all of the facts. What I have said so far is just what I can recall from a very brief conversation about it.
