Question 351 flywheel

i have seen people say that they got 28 ounce flywheels that will work with a 10.5 inch clutch from the junk yards or from autozone can anyone tell me what type of car they came from so i can find one that my 89 5.0 pressure plate will work with

I've been using a 89 Bronco or F150.
