Default Why won't my '86 Stang start?

Was an '86 CFI V6, now an '86 HO 5.0.

Everything is done, but it won't start....It cranks fine though.

The coil generates spark fine, but spark does not make its way to the engine always... What would cause it to only get spark sometimes?

The engine ran fine when it was pulled.

Any input is appreciated.

Did you ground the block/head to the chassis? Check firing order?
