I'm 99% sure the problem is with your fuel pump.

I had the same problem with my stang a few years ago. It would occasionally die and wouldn't start for a few minutes. I took it to numerous shops and of course none of them could reproduce the problem. Talk about frustrating. Start with replacing your fuel pump, it's not too expensive and the stock pump doesn't push enough fuel anyway (upgrade to 110 or 155LPH).
