Default aftermarket fuel injection-pros/cons

Hey guys, I have a dilemma, I have this 88 Notchback that I'm getting ready to build a motor for, I was wondering if anyone has used the Holley 950 commander injection setup. What exactly can it do, what harnesses does it require or come with, etc. I dont really wanna buy a Ford computer setup if the commander is all i'll need to run the motor. The Holley website really is no help to me, so I'd figure I'd ask you guys, I've found this board is a reliable source of info most of the time, so if any of you can help i'd appreciate it.

Also, how much did it cost with the computer/harnesses etc?
