Question Okay... WTF?!?!?!

Hey check this one out.. Well first off every morning when I leave to start the car.. it doesn't wanna stay started... like it has no choke, but its fuel injected. Once I keep a little gas on it its fine. Idles good, the works. But after drving on the highway for a little while, or even just down tot he store, when I let the clutch out it idles at 1500... every once in a while it will idel there for a bit and drop to about 1200 .. it usually idles at about 900 .. I'd try to figure this one out on my own .. but I seem to never have the time. So any input would be priceless. thanx

the IAB vavle on the side of teh throttle body acks as a choke on a fuel injected car. Clean it or replace it.
