Default what can I use off my 302 FI engine and computer on a 351 from a 69 or 70 mustang?

Basically I Just want to know can i use my heads and all my computer stuff and make the 351 fuel injected? I plan to ge ta 351 EFI intake super spyder i believe from probe i think.

What kind of lifters are in these motors?

I saw these duration lifter thigns that are supposed to lower your duration at lower RPM anyone use these things?

Is the roller block really that much better then whatever the 351 is?

Whats the downfalls of going to a 351?

Thanks
