![]() Okay i currently have a pretty decently worked over 5.0 but the block will eventually grenade if i was to push as many horses as i plan to. Ive been considering going to a 69-70 351 block which ive been told are very strong and can handle up to 1000 HP. Even If I was to keep everything for my 5.0 the block purcahse and teh rebuidl and what not will be expensive.
So For a high performance engine do you guys suggest stepping upt extra cubes and extra strength? I will be using EFI on the 351 as well. I iwll be forced to buy nearly all new components as everythign will havet o be forged so teh build up cost will actaulyl be nearly the same but will lose a little money selling what I allready have. I assuem gas mileage wotn differ very much not aht its gonan really matter. lol Give me some thoughts on this?
