Post 5 lug - rotors, cap will not fit? Which wheels?

I have the 5-lug conversion figured out, but I have been reading that the 99 Cobra Wheel (M-1007-F178) will fit, but the center cap will not go on.

What about the 98 Cobra Wheel? (M-1007-D178) Will that fit? What about the dust cap?

Ian

Forgot to mention, this is with the Lincoln calipers, not the Sn95 spindles.
