Bumping the timing... I have a primarily stock 90 LX. I want to bump the timing but should I just wait until I put my mods on in March? or does it not matter. I guess I'm trying to say is do I have to readjust my timing every time I put something on my car?

Go for it. That's something you can do right now and see (or rather feel) a difference immediately. With the right gas, we've run 18 degrees static with no detonation. More likely, you will be able to go 14-15 degrees with little problem. If it rattles too much, back off a little until you get it right.
