I rebuilt mine for 250 bucks, parts only. I ordered a Master rebuild kit from Hanlon Motorsports. It came with all the bearings, races, seals, synchro's, plastric finger pads, o-rings, everything. I have a buddy that rebuilt for me so I didn't have any labor charges, but with the time we spent on it I would guess about $300 just labor. If you can do it yourself I highly recommend it. I learned alot by watchin him and I could probably do it myself now.
