Default creaking noise!! AHH!

Everytime I turn the wheel in my 89 GT or go over a bump, my front end makes a god awful creaking noise.

It sounds like bushings, but I can't narrow the placement down. It doesn't seem to affect performance through the turns either. I just want it to go away. Could it also be my springs? I'm just going nuts.

Are there any zirt fittings on a stock '87-'93 5.0 Mustang? I had them on my SSM lift bars before I got rid of them. I never saw any others?? Have I been missing them all these years?
