IMOHO, if you wanna just replace the broken part, then do just that.
If you wish to begin upgrading, then you can get poly bushings, and install them with the stock arm and new ball joint. Tubulars arent really worth it (IMOHO) unless you go coilover, and that gets expensive, from my personal experience.
