Smog pump problem?
Hi guys. I have an 89 GT and it sounds like it has straight cut timing gears. It seems to be comming from the smog pump. Can you repair these things or is it easier to get a new one? Is there a trick to stop the noise? I need it so the car will pass its yearly inspection.
Thanks for your time Chris ************************************************** ** Stock 89 GT 5 speed |

I'm going to guess if the bearing are shot they could be fixed but I bet there's TONS of people taking thiers off and would gladly give them to you for very little... if not just the cost of shipping
