Black Magic fan or??

I was wondering if there was a cheaper alternative for the Black Magic fan. I was looking for a fan around the same CFM but I still want the adjsutable thermostat and A/C relay? Are those available seperately? The more money I save here and there, the better.

GO WITH THE PROFORM ELECTRIC FAN. SAVES A TON OF MONEY AND THE PEOPLE SAY IT IS BASICALLY THE SAME EXACT FAN. I JUST BOUGHT ONE, WAITING TO HAVE IT INSTALLED.

That fan can be bought on ebay for $114.00 new. It is the same as the black magic fan, cannot tell the difference...
