I agree with LX, sounds like detonation to me. Not a good thing. I know since its getting a lot hotter around here in the desert, you guys are getting pretty hot too. We've been in the 100's all week and detonation for me tends to show up a lot more with the heat. Definately check your timing and make sure you are running 92+ octane like LX was saying. About what rpm is this happening at?
