Need Some Input
I was just wondering what everyone elses mustangs idle at?
When mine was stock, it idle at 700RPM's in park(automatic) and 400RPM's in Drive. I thought it was alittle low, so I bumped it up to 1000RPM's in park which in turn made the RPM's about 600 in Drive. Thanks for any input. |

when I first bought my car last year it idled at like 700 or so.. but putting it in drive it stayed the same.. the computer is supposed to keep that idle steady no matter if you're in gear or not... or so I thought.. I'm now fighting with my car to not stall when I put it in gear... but I idle at like 1000 now and about 800 in DRiVE
