Try this:

first reset the computer. Disconnect the battery for 20+ minutes. Reconnect the battery and unplug the IAC motor.
Start the car. You may have to give it gas to keep it idling. Set the idle speed screw to 600-700 rpm. Turn the car off and keep the key forward. Set the TPS voltage to .95-.98 volts. Start the car again and make sure the idle is still at 600-700 rpm. Shut the car off, plug the IAC motor back in, and start the car with all accessories running for 2 minutes. Shut the car off for 2 minutes. Idle the car again for 2 minutes with no accessories on.

If that does not work you may have to give your engine a vacuum leak to it won't surge at idle and die. I removed the smallest vacuum plug of the firewall. If this works you need a custom chip burned that trims the fuel back at idle.
