Default Pedal assembly

I wanna replace my pedal assembly, just the gas pedal but I can disconect the cable at the top of it, looks like a grommit, any suggestions on how to take this off.

I just need to know howto remove the throttle cable from the assembly without breaking it or having to disonect it from the TB and run it back threw, any suggestions would help.
