Default please help me with rockers

first off i have an 85 GT with stock heads and pistons on it. Im wondering if 1.7roller rockers would work. im worried about valve clearance. i am also running ford motorsports E cam. which is 221 druation and .498 lift on each end......

someone please help me.

I dont know if this will help you, but you should be at real close to .530" lift with 1.7's. Dont know how much lift you can get before you have to fly cut your pistons.

i figured that out. but i need to know if i will have to cut or not. does anyone know who to call. motorsport has no ******* clue....

Default hmmm

I know 86' are not fly cut. I have no idea what 85's are. I would just stick with the 1.6's sence your running the E cam. It could make more trouble than its worth

.528 lift is what i run ecam/1.7's, and i have 87+ pistons, and they are cutting it close, i wouldnt try it.
