clutch cable pin on housing...help!!
Hi everyone!
OK...after days taking out the old stock quadrant and pawl gear (this is the one that took days!...), I put my new BBK adj. quadrant. I got the cable ready too. To my dismay, I'm struggling to remove the stock cable from the clutch housing because I can't figure out how to remove the clip!! Can somebody guide me please...or have pics how to remove it (should I use a parir of pliers or break it..ouch! thanks! fongo

I used a stubbie screwdriver to back the pin out, just do it carefully so the pin doesn't go flying off somewhere and it takes you forever to find it...
Just pry it out slowly so you can reuse it. As I recall, it came out rather easily. Good Luck...
