Default Steeda rear window molding. How do they look?

My rear quater window moldings looks like crap and I was either going to try to fill and paint them myself or say "heck with it" and just go and buy the covers from Steeda. My question is how do they look? Are they quality pieces? Do they look like stick ons peices that don't belong there? How do they fit? Would you recommed them to everyone here? TIA...
