Reseting ECU after MAF swap
Is it required the ECU be reset after an injector and Mass Air meter upgrade? The last time I did this swap I don't think I did anything special and everything was fine, but it's been a while so just checking....thanks

It would be safer to disconnect the negative cable, and then turn on the headlight switch to drain the capacitors.

Roger that. Thanks, last question, I am pulling out the motor for the 331 kit obviously, and doing many other upgrades, when I put the motor back in the car, should I "relearn" the computer?

Oh yeah. Actually, it will re-learn on it's own, whether you do it or not, but you will have better results quicker if you do it yourself. Once that's done, go on the street and seat the rings! Then change your oil and filter, and go racing.
I'm so envious. Take care, ~Chris

You should make it a habit anytime you do a mod under the hood, especially to air intake or fuel delivery you should reset your computer. Like stated before just unplug your neg cable. I find it is a good practice to unplug it when you are doing the mod so when you are done the computer is already reset.
