I rebuilt my T-5 about a year ago. Do a search here for stuff like rebuilt, rebuild, trans, transmission with my username (richd) specified on the right. I should have a few posts with info on what to do.

Beware, if you have to start replacing shafts or gears the cost shoots up quickly. A full rebuild without replacing parts would run you about $250 if you do it yourself, $400 if you send it to someone, and more if they have to remove/reinstall the tranny themselves.

Mine was $700 in parts, I did all the work myself. See my posts for more details.
