Default Manual steering rack and belt solved

Ok, I installed manual steering got the March pulley and then the belt squeaked. So, bought a new tensioner, and the shortest belt that would fit and no more squeal. The belt is NAPA # 060620. I have no AC or smog pump on a 351W. Maybe this will help someone.
