Default Electrical system going crazy?

Ok so I start my car to leave my evening class tonight...flip the lights on, and my fuel gauge is dim. So is the right side of my speedo gauge. I don't pay attention to it and it brightens after a minute or two back to normal with a flicker. Then I go to change lanes and notice I have no turn signal indicator. I pull the car over and indeed, I have no turn signals, front or back, either side. The bulbs work though. I figure, ok, I blew a relay maybe...or a fuse. I'm hoping a fuse. So I'm driving and I got the window up because I'm on the interstate...it gets hot..so I flip the switch over to Vent and flip it to Max blower. I get virtually nothing. I flip it on Max AC. Again, almost nothing. I flip it on Normal AC and I get the equivalent of 2 out of 4 notches...but as soon as I flipped it to Max AC, the interior 'suckers' didnt come on and the AC stopped blowing. So I'm now wondering whether the turn signals and blower motor are on some kind of relay together that's shorting out?? So anyways, I leave the AC on for sh*ts and giggles, and suddenly it turns on sharply and starts blasting me with ice cold AC. So I figure, what the hell...and flip the turn signal switch. I have turn signals again!! Does anyone have an explanation to this? I haven't touched any of the wiring besides for speakers. I wiggled the ECM around a few days ago but never touched it..just got the panel loose for when I rig up my A:F gauge. My alt output was norm. Thanks all.

You have a failing connection somewhere. On the 12v side or a ground. Consider the ignition switch. Next time it happens, wiggle the key and see if you can make it come back.

Well my alt output is normal..mostly..but sometimes it goes low as crap because of the low idle and cam.... The car was moving though and the output was fine that night...headlights and interior lights were all full-on, power windows worked, and the CD player worked fine. Just selective things didnt work.
