Question Time for some NOS!

Hey everyone. I have a bone-stock 90 Lx 5.0...Now I wanted to get working on it so I was thinking what to get first? I want something that will give it a huge boost so I was thinking, and I guess I want some NOS. Does neone think I should start off with something else? like a ring and pinion or something? thanx in advance for the input.

Is yours a stick or AUTO?

I wouldn't put nitrous in it first, the verts are so damn heavy and flexable do it the right way. Get subframe connectors, gears (at LEAST 3.55 probably be happier with 3.73), control arms, maybe a strut tower brace.

Nitrous is fun but you need a foundation first.

Another thing to look at is tires. All the power in the world doesn't matter if it all go up in smoke! (Don't fint out the hard way like I did!)

Cool

I'll have to agree w/ ed. Tere are plenty of people tha just throw nitrous or a blower on a stock car......that's fine, but I always feel that doing the job right is always best -gears and subs would be my first 2 mods.

yeah u guys are probably right...by the way it's an AOD. I really want the nitrous for races like once a week u know. Cause I figure the gears are gonna cost around $700 maybe in total, to get the installed and everything...I'd do the gears right after the nos. But i'm still not to sure on what to do. I still have 2 weeks to decide tho. thanx guys.
