It just effects your idle. What's your problem?

What kind of mods do you have and what kind of fuel pressure do you have. Sounds like not enough timing to me. When was your last tune up?

When was the cam installed and was it degreed? Do you have a good timing light so we can get an accurate reading?

Yes, you must turn the dist slightly to adjust the timing with the spout connector out. You checked it with the spout connector out right?
When did you first notice the problem, where their any changes made at all with the car? Has it been doing this through more than one tank of gas? When is the last time the fuel filter was changed?

try bumping your timing up to 15 degrees, this will increase your idle vacuum a little, then check the fuel pressure again, are you checking it with the vacuum line on or off?! With the vacuum line on you should read somewhere in the neighborhood of 35lbs. You should get an adjustable regualtor as well, these are always handy. Let me know what happens? Hey you never mentioned whether or not you checked your timing with the spout connector in or out..........

key on engine off psi fuel spec is 35-45 engine running 30-40 psi don't think 20psi cuts it, lucky it runs, when i do injector flushs i can go as low as 25psi some times before engine stalls if you pull off the vaccum line at the regulator do you see or smell fuel?maybe a bad regulator or the new fuel filter? you can buy real junk for filters.
