Default Blower Cam and GT-40 Intake Polished?

Does anyone know where I can find a polished GT-40 intake? The base price is usually $600 maybe a little less for the normal one and I found one for $200 more at ampperformance.com for $800 but +$200 for a polished finish on an intake sounds stupid. Their base price for a GT-40 is already $700 so that means they are charging +$100 for the polished version which sounds reasonable if it were $600 base price from them and $700 Polished. I mean you only have to pay maybe $80 more to get a polished Cobra Intake from Jegs. If you can follow my screwed up way of saying that I cant find a polished GT-40 intake please let me know of a place I can get one from or of a place that will polish them and do a good job on it.

Also what cam would be a good alternative to the E303 for a 92 Notchback? I am putting in a Vortech V2 SQ, AFR 185's and a 306 kit so I just want to know what Comp Cams grind people would use for street use with this combination. Its going to be used for good weather, weekend and cruising and street racing so I dont need a wild cam just one that will hold up so if anyone can suggest a grind that would be great.

I did the TFS "hat trick" (heads/cam/intake) on my S-trim combo. Runs and idles like stock, until you hit the loud pedal...

See my homepage for specs.
